Join us on October 3 as we officially re-open Camp Tuscazoar’s Centennial Trail. The trail now features new metal signs and signposts, thanks to the generous support of the Tuscarawas County CVB. Light refreshments will be served.
Scouts of all levels are invited to earn Signs, Signals & Codes Merit Badge. This merit badge covers several nonverbal ways we communicate: emergency signaling, Morse code, American Sign Language, braille, trail signs, sports officiating hand signals, traffic signs, secret codes and more. Registration info was updated on Sept. 5.
The Ohio Mountain Bike League has scheduled their fourth race for 2021 at Camp Tuscazoar. Not only will racers enjoy the beautiful trails but this weekend also serves as a celebration of the end of the inaugural race season for the Ohio Mountain Bike League!
Join us for another year of outdoor fun and adventure! We have activities planned for all ages, including our usual spring and fall fundraisers, and the return of summer Adventure Race. Watch this page as we begin to post information on each individual event.
As part of Camp Tuscazoar’s centennial celebration, a collection of 100 historic sites throughout camp were identified and marked with a unique sign. While the trail remains open, visitors are encouraged to hike to many or all of these sites to learn more about the camp’s rich history.
